It is decorated with various wooden sculpture made by wood carvers of symposium in 2002,2010,2011. It commemorates the 600-year anniversary of Žalgiris (Grunwald) battle. The outdoor fitness equipment, a multipurpose playground for children, a ramp for roller skating and BMX bikes are equipped in the park. Next to the park there is a sports arena built in 2008. The Liberty Movement sports complex was renovated in 2010. The events of local, republican and international importance take place there.
