The mill looming in Kleboniškiai village-museum is a cap-type windmill, one of those that ground grain for the longest time in Lithuania. The windmill risen on the hill in 1884 is a signpost for those coming to Kleboniškiai ethnographic village. The windmill with technological equipment is a technical monument. In 1971, it was included into the list of architectural monuments of local importance; since 1997, it is included into the Register of Cultural Property of the Republic of Lithuania.
